Well, I'm trying to use all the fancy stuff I bought a little while ago. So far I've come up with these:

Freshwater pearls, faceted glass beads and some mother-of-pearl-thingies:

Blue stone and glass beads combined:

Tiger eye stone, glass beads and some freshwater pearls:

I feel that I haven't done too bad. What do you think?

Mine too, Toni. Guess the other ones will be gifts for someone who might like them.

Oh, how pretty! Tiger eye stones are so beautiful. I think I like the blue stone necklace or the fresh water pearls best though. I love necklaces that dangle. :) Well done!

Thank you all for your nice comments. Since nobody has said (so far) that I've made a hash out of it, I might give some away as Christmas presents... If I dare, that is.

I think they'd make wonderful Christmas gifts. Not only are they beautiful, but they're handmade, which makes them that much more special!

I LOVE THOSE PEARLS!! I wouldn't be afraid to give them as gifts :-D I think homemade gifts are really special because you thought of them way ahead of time, it's not something you rushed out to buy at the last minute. I admire your talent :stew1:
