I know you have more snow than you know what to do with. But sending it west to Ohio is NOT the answer!
We have snow showers this morning but they say no accumulation.

    A word of warning:
Anyone sending snow to central Texas will be hunted down like a dog and summarily dealt with. This is not a threat, it is a promise. I lived through snowy winters in upstate NY and have no intention of ever doing so again. So be warned. You have my sympathy, but I don't want any of your snow. Ever.

I'll cross you off my waiting list then Marlingardener. ;)

KK I've just heard that the lorry has got stuck in snow drifts somewhere on route to you. :( I'll send off a letter of complaint and tell them their driver will just have to carry it on his back as you need it urgently. :p

Have some icicles to be going on with by way of an apology from me.

Don't worry marlingardener, whatever she sends to me I plan on being very stingy with. I will not be sharing with anyone.

Mine probably hasn't gotten here yet because we have had a substitute mail carrier for the last few days. Actually considering this one's poor record delivering the mail to the correct address, my snow may have been put in someone else's mail box.

That's an unbelievable amount of snow and it is barely December!!! Do you think it will melt by Spring?

Well I did address it to Toni but you know what the mail service is like. They probably got tired of carrying it before it reached her and just decided to drop it off in Montana instead. Maybe they thought you'd be kind enough to take it to her when you go back to Texas. :p
I'm certainly hoping it will all have melted long before spring Daisy. The weathermen say we're going to have a few weeks of it yet. :( I do so hope they're wrong. However when it does melt, I want it to thaw very slowly as I'd hate it to cause flooding as there's just sooooo much of the darned stuff.

You can send my share to Toni, also. I'm with marlingardener, I've had too much to shovel and I don't like the cold, wet stuff.

Hey, that's so unfair Eileen! You sent the snow in the wrong direction. Our garden looks like a permafrost area, rock hard and grey, and we'd dearly like a snow blanket on top. There are limits to how many ice lanterns one can make.

    Wow Eileen

And here I thought Bitta lived practically in the arctic circle.
Anyways water - even in the form of snow - is more than welcome in Cape Town. :D
