    Daffodils ( photo / image / picture from catay5's Garden )

    Hi!
I bought these lovely daffodils on the weekend but they are already drying up and turning a darker orange. I wonder if it was the super sunny day we had earlier in the week (I was a bit slow in moving them from direct light) or are they thirsty? The petals look dry but I over water all my plants so I thought I'd better check first!
    Thanks!

It may have been the sunny day that shortened their life span Catay. Daffodil blooms don't last too long unless its cool. How warm do you keep your house?
When the blooms are done, save the bulbs for the garden.

Just plant them outdoors and wait for blooms next year. ;)
