Instead of sending flowers to funeral

    I'm getting baby food, Diapers,Etc In My Church Member name and take to food bank. + bath soap etc.The Food bank all ways short of those things.
    Buck Loved people. And would not like to see any baby go hungry.

    That is such a better remembrance, and tribute, to the departed than a bunch of dead flowers. That is very thoughtful, and kind of you Koszta.
    I have in my instructions that donations are to go to two of my favorite charities, and there will be no "funeral" but a general get-together with good food and wine, and hopefully some good memories. I'm still working on the memories part!

    An excellent idea KK!! :-D I always give money to charity instead of buying flowers for a funeral. You know your donation is going to help someone who desperately needs it.

    KK, That is an Excellent idea. I know that the family appreciates the thoughtfulness of the remembrances, whether it is flowers, pictures, furniture throws, garden stepping stones etc.... It is an immense burden to do something with this stuff the day of the funeral. So this is a really thoughtful idea.

    our church made health kits in honor of church member.Hand towels,soap,tooth brush.nail clipper,band aids. They gal at Food bank said they went fast.I have my customer keep small bars of soap on their travels.And another customer Dentist donated sample tooth paste and brush.

    I can see why the baby item go fast had no idea how $$$ they was.But one of my long time customer gave me the baby food at his cost.+ he donated baby food also.Will Bring them in in am.
