Insurance tip.

    We have relatively all new appliances in the house plus hd tv etc. I have taken pics of all of them, and added the date of purchase and have saved them on a cd. This is kept in a safe place and if ever needed in case of a fire or theft. The insurance agent has the info and pics of their conditions.

    Yes definately good advice CK. I think I'll start doing the same thing here as it will certainly save a lot of trouble in the event of break-ins etc.
