In a couple of years you too can have a stand of Iris like this....

...if you will take some of the excess bulbs off my hands. No swapping necessary.
Some are large enough to bloom next spring, some are tiny bulb-ettes that won't bloom for a year or two.
They need to be planted now since they are starting to send up green, either in pots where the winters are cold or in the ground where winter is a figment of our imagination.

Smashing Irises, Toni--if I lived over there, I would most certainly take some off your hands.

The bulbs arrived today. I will plant them first thing tomorrow. How tall do they grow? Do they need sun or shade or both? dooley

    Glad they got there okay.

Full Sun. I have never really measured them but in bloom I would guess 24-36 inches.

Toni! Thanks so much for little Iris plants that you sent to me. They are blooming in my Greenhouse. Wonderful to see in this long cold winter we have had here. They are the last pics in my gallery. Please enjoy the other pics as you scroll down to the Iris at the bottom of the page.
