When I bought this the tag said "Starship Enterprise" this looks nothing like the Enterprise I saw on line :-? I like it, and will keep it. Does anyone know the name?? Doesn't really matter anyway, I know I'd forget it in no time Not Starship Enterprise ??? ( photo / image / picture from stratsmom's Garden ) Pretty but I don't know the name ( photo / image / picture from stratsmom's Garden )
Definitely not Starship Enterprise. There's no way to know for sure what you have, but it could be: Kind Hearted
Awwww, I love that name! I'm off to google....... Uhhhh, just figured out all I had to do was click on it
:-D I am an Iris Junkie!! Cant seem to get enough of them. I spend hours looking at pics to help ID the old ones I have. Here is what I have now and there is more coming next month!!!! http://www.flickr.com/photos/irislover/
Lovely iris, and I am sort of glad it's not the Starship Enterprise. The name doesn't fit it at all. An iris-maniac-in-the-making, I like that a lot. Pondlady, your collection of Iris are amazing.
I wish I had gotten to the other garden open house -lady with all the Asian. She had just as many Iris. But wasn't blooming when we was there. But I love the colors of yours.
I'm going to feed the Iris Junkie.... http://springhillnursery.com/halloween- ... s/p/84412/ http://springhillnursery.com/feed-back- ... s/p/81898/ http://springhillnursery.com/eye-of-the ... s/p/81905/ http://springhillnursery.com/bumblebee- ... s/p/80376/ http://springhillnursery.com/disco-musi ... s/p/71375/ http://springhillnursery.com/rarest-red-iris/p/82045/ Got a sale packet from them yesterday and have been making a list and checking it twice, I've been naughty but these Iris are nice.
It is beautiful no matter what its name is...if you can't decide for sure, you can name it after yourself.
It is still blooming too!!! I love that!! It may be Kind Hearted or Celebrations Song~ I just love those names!!! I guess it doesn't matter what the name is because my garden doesn't have name tags
What a striking flower, Stratsmom. The delicasy of those colours and the ruffly contour of the petal edges--it makes for a smashing overall effect. I guess when you have something that looks as good as that, it doesn't matter what the name is. Having said this, I would be just curious enough to want to find out.
