So here is my poor lavender plant. I thought it was dead but apparently not. I picked off the dead stuff. There is new growth coming out of the dead looking stuff. What do I do? Should I cut it back or just let it continue doing what it's doing? Thank you!

It certainly looks as though your lavender is coming back nicely PD. If I were you then I'd cut off all the long straggling bits so that the plant can concentrate on putting its energy into the new growth it's producing.

Thanks. I thought so. I still cringe when I cut a plant down. Lol!

:smt023 Well done. You must photograph it again for us once it becomes more established and flowers.
