Is this a lupin?

    This flower was growing along side Red hot pokers is it a lupin please thank you poppy :-D

    Definately not a lupin, I have these in my garden, but my hay fever has blocked my brain and I can't think of their name. Someone will probably beat me to it, if not...it will come to me.

    Definitely not a lupin, verbascum looks right to me.

    Sorry, but I think that is Sisyrinchium striatum. Quite pretty, but can be a bit of a seed weed if happy.

    Yes, that is it Eric. I remembered when at work today and you had beaten me to it. I knew it began with S but just couldn't remember, this darn hayfever has completely fogged my head up!
