Is this Jack In The Pulpet, Wild Ginseng, Sacred Lily or?

Please help with this wild (in a small forest in Columbus OH)plant. Thank You!

I'd say it's an Arisaema of some sort, a Jack-in-the-pulpit.

Arisaema triphyllum if you want the Latin name. Since there are only 4 species in the Americas there is not much choice really.
