Well friends I come here again asking for help.
As far as I know the picture is of a Wandering Jew.
I might be wrong, but the problem is ALL the brown leaves and I only get new leaves on the end of the stalks.
I can only think the plants are potbound.
    Any help I would appreciate.

Looks like Callisia repens or Gibasis geniculata. Could be Tradescantia zebrina, which would have some stripes on the leaves. I can't tell if I'm seeing stripes or not. T. fluminensis is just like T. zebrina but with white flowers and plain green leaves.

Regardless of the exact ID, all are succulents which need a well-drained soil that is never soggy. The first 3 like to dry out quite a bit, T. fluminensis, not so much.

It looks like the roots have rotted. The stems will die down until there's nothing left but ends like that. A happy plant with stems that long would have many side branches. I would take the nice looking tips and stick them in a pot of new soil. If you let the old mama pot dry out, something green may poke back up.

I use all 4 of these plants extensively in pots and in the yard.
