I have been in too many organizations and held too many positions that I recognize an idea can only go so far. It needs to be prodded along, decisions have to be made.......oh good grief.....right now our organization is reviewing and revising their by-laws, these words still fresh in the air. Like I said, it is the only way things get done. It is nice however, to have a few smart cookies in the jar. I should stop here....I want to read the day's news. The Mrs. is editing and typing the by-law changes. September is a long way away. Jerry
Jerry, I really understand what you are saying. I've been in several organizations where "dithering" was the primary function. I found that a firm tone of voice and a clear plan of action helped. Those of us who do, just have to keep on doing and hope the ditherers sit quietly in their corner!
