It has a small Althea looking bloom but the leaves

    This little scrub has small blooms like an Althea or Rose of Sharon blooms but the leaves are different.I hope someone can name it for me.It is leaning over.

    Is that a purple center on the blooms?
    It could be a ground cover type of plant instead of an upright plant, that could be why it is falling over.

    There is a native White Wine Cup but I don't know if that might be what you have because of the flower centers.

    Its a deep wine center toni.My friend Erleen has one thsts sbout 5 ft tall and it stands up.

    Possibly Hibiscus denudatus? Flower color can be from white to a pale pinkish violet.
