Tonight we have been under a Flash Flood Warning. Over night there is a possibility of hail, strong winds and really heavy rain. That continues thru the night and to around 3 pm Monday afternoon.....oh, yeah, we are under a Tornado Watch until early tomorrow morning.

Then tomorrow afternoon when as strong cold front moves across us the temps will drop down to below freezing setting us up for possible rain and snow mix. There could be some accumulation here in the Dallas area but maybe not. Temps will drop down to below freezing Monday night/Tuesday morning making early Tuesday morning dangerous if there is snow/ice. By Tuesday afternoon the temp will be back up into the upper 50's, bringing this round of Spring weather to an end.

I will let you know tomorrow how much of this actually happens.
But like I said, this is a typical March event here in north Texas...we just haven't had it for several years because of the drought and heat

Congratulations on being back to normal March weather, Toni. It doesn't sound good to me at all, but then I've never experienced such things as tornadoes and flash floods. Hope nothing's broken!

We've had some nasty weather here too. Last night we had freezing rain, today rain and winds and tomorrow a flash freeze is expected. I'll be sooo happy when winter is over!

My Dad always told visitors that if they didn't like the weather here (in Texas) to wait a day or two and it would be totally different. Seems that's just they way it is here, personally I like it when mother nature keeps me guessing. Careful on the roads up there.
