We went to bed with it raining and got up with it still doing a light rain. Jerry Sullivan's super-duper rain gauge says we got 2.64 inches. That's a good amount. Supposed to quit the rain by noon and it's 12:02 now so maybe the light rain has quit. It's still cloudy though. Rain is in the forecast every day through Thursday. Generally morning showers!
I read that South Dakota was having the earliest recorded snowfall yesterday!

So glad your getting rain Dooley as I'm sure your garden will appreciate every drop.
I'm glad I don't live in South Dakota as I don't want to see any snow for a couple of months at least.

We had a very soft pleasant rain all day today. Boy was it nice to see that. We have had only a few rains what was just enough to wet the pavements and not enough for the plants, for sure.

dooley, Glad you got some rain also.
