    Interesting. My fruit trees are something that I have never thought of fertilizing. I sure am thinking about it now!
    In particular, the 2 pear trees that have not given me a single fruit.

    The difference in our fruits and the looks of our trees is very obvious. our citrus give so much fruit the tree kind of starts looking pale and sickly in the peak of the season though our yard is fertile those trees work so hard they need help. There is a guy in town who makes plum wine. he goes around picking plums that folks have extra or dont use. he is so impressed with ours he takes pictures of the big ones and saves them to show people.

    wow, I wish we could grow some of those delicious citrus trees. I know that they do not like snow or below 0 weather.

    I wish I could grow an apple tree but I cant cause we don't have enough cool time for them. It's all the same......only different.
