All of the snow we had is melting away! It was at 47 deg F yesterday and it's setting at 52 right now. I can finally get out my driveway in the 2 wheel drive truck.

Yup, ours is all gone thankfully, although it is raining now. Looks like I can finally get back to work, lots to catch up with. The snowdrops are all okay, and the young daffs are all standing proud so no real damamge after the snow.

Where we had driven on the snow, it had turned to ice. There was one spot where it was almost 3 in. thick. But the drive has all melted out now. It got up to 53 today and supposed to be 52 on Monday! Eileen, we were done with it so we sent it over to you to enjoy! :)

Well the driveway is clear now and all the snow is off the roof. I usually clean my wood burner chimney out about mid Jan. But theis year there was 10 in of snow on the roof. So I got up there and got it done today. It takes longer to carry the ladder and brushes from the garage than in does to actually clean it out. I was done in 20 minutes. But now I don't have to worry about creasote being built up in it.
