Summer that is. First measurable snow of the season. About an inch overnight!

Our first freezing temps... or near freezing temps will be tonight and Wednesday night. But then it'll be back to the 70s after that.

I want a yard like that....with the snow!!!

Front moved through early this morning, it's now 46 and dropping, should be in the mid-upper 20's by tomorrow morning and Thursday maybe. First freeze of the season is typically around Nov 22nd, a few years in October, some years as late as January and some years none at all.

You're way ahead of us this year. We have had frost, but no snow yet. As far as I'm concerned it can keep away until three days before Christmas and leave a week after New Year's Eve.
