The weather can't make up it's mind today. It snowed, it rained, it snowed, it's mixed. It's cold though. They say thunderstorms this afternoon. The snow is hard little snowballs. dr went out and scraped up a snowball and brought it in for Chance. She licked on it. dr put it in her water bowl and Chance reached in and took it out. But it was all squishy and melting. Chance looked at dr like he ruined it. Chance is sticking inside today. Every once in a while she goes and pokes her head out the doggy door and looks around. Then, she heaves a sign and comes back and lays down. It's only supposed to last today and tonight and maybe clear up tomorrow. Have a good day everyone. dooley

You're very welcome to some of our snow. Winter just decided to show herself again, and my pretty, little saxifraga with the yellow blooms has a white cover now. They claim we'll have winter for another four days, but that remains to be seen. I'll make a large snow ball and think of Chance. She'd probably think it was too cold to play with anyway.

The weather is like that here too Dooley, except we don't get snow, just rain and cold. Every time it dries out enough to row the garden up it rains before I have time to get to it.

For a change I can actually say that we had that elusive thing called sunshinehere today. :-D It was 7 degrees C but nice to take a walk in - which we did with our eldest son. I hope everyone who has snow will soon see it melt away until next winter.

Dooley, we will be getting your storm by early tomorrow morning. We will have the rain but we will be swapping possible tornadoes and hail for the snow.....I would much rather have the snow, thank you very much.

We never did get the thunder. It did give us a little moisture but I think if it had rained it might have been better. The plants liked it anyway. dooley

Dooley I really feel for Chance. If I was her I also would not want to go out into the cold. Chance are somethat like my sheppie - she will take the best spot in front of the fireplace and even pull her own bed in front of the fireplace.
    Come on SPRING!!

Looked out my window this morning, what did I see? SNOW! Don't know if it's cold enough for it to stick though. It is March isn't it?

The sun is shining this morning but it got below the freezing temp last night and things were covered with ice this morning. No apricots this year, again. dooley
