Its always a good sign that spring is coming when the robins come out. Although you will hear me shouting at them when they start pulling worms out of the raised beds :D

Thought you guys would like to see a few piccies i took of them today. For some reason the colours didn't come out as bright when i uploaded them.

The harbingers of spring are always something to look forward to as the days get warmer. Nice pictures!! The Robins only get the dumb worms, the smart worms hide long before the birds wake up. :)

They look so plump and fat already... they must have stole everyone worm in a 10 mile radius!

I love robins. Love watching them listen for worms.

After digging in the manure yesterday i'm glad to say that most of the worms are living healthy and safe in the raised beds :stew1:

I'm glad I got the photo's yesterday, were having ice rain today and its miserable outside

Some great looking photos. Our robins stay all the year. I save a few berries for when it is hard for them. Then they oblige with some Christmas type photos.

Our local Robins have a nest somewhere near. I have not found it yet. They are usually not smart enough to keep it out of reach of our neighbor's cat.
