I have 3 of the Roma Grape maters that are ripe with about 60 green ones on the plant still. I have one Better Boy that's ripe with 6 green ones and I have 4 Beefsteaks that are growing. The Roma's will be good for salads. They are just a little smaller than an egg.

Fresh tomatoes from your own garden have to be one of the highlights of summer. We are still enjoying ours.

Hip Hip Hooray!!! Glad you are getting started now. I see a couple on the 4th of July tomatoes just starting to turn red, also. There is just nothing like a fresh tomato.

I planted mine the 1st week of May, but then the weather turned cool and wet, so they didn't do anything for 2 or 3 weeks. If we had, had normal weather, I would have been eating them for the 4th.
