I did post this pic in a different thread. But I thought I would post it again on it's own so you can see what a great artist Jack Frost is. We had fog in the morning one day and everything was covered in Frost. It looked like a Fairy land. I just wish the landscape pic showed it better.

That looks cold. really cold... like the cold that freezes the inside of your nose when you breathe in...pretty, but cold. Nice to see in a picture though.. I hear that it is on its way here... whoo whee... I hope it isn't much to shovel..

We had a frost like that last night Tooty then it snowed a little early this morning. The snowflakes lying on the surface of the frozen, frosted pond made it look just like lace cloth had been laid over it. I wish that I'd taken a photograph to let you see it.

Mskitty: I also call it hoar frost. But that word can be kind of yucky sounding if you know what I mean. So I like Jack Frost better. It sure looks beautiful either way.

Eileen that would have been really neat to see.

Glad everyone else who posted liked the photo's. But I to can't wait for spring to get here.

We had the same thing....but I agree..patiently waiting for spring and to have all of my plants come in the mail... I want to play in the dirt.

Tooty2shoes...have you listened to the news with the older people passing in Wisconsin. I can't remember the name of the virus but I did hear them mention it is in the soil and water. I hope I hear more about it soon.
