Japanese Maple-"Sango-Kaku"

    Man, my little chartreuse maples are coming out fast. I just love these guys. When I first saw charteuse plants I thought they looked "sickly." Little did I know how I would come to love them. 8) I'm lucky to have two of these fine fellows.

    They are lovely Bethie, I love chartreuse plants, even picked me up a six pack of coleus that color, can't wait to get them planted today.

    Bethie, I bought a sad looking little spider wort last summer that was about that color. I thought it was sickly too but guess it's supposed to look like that. After I got it in the ground it took off like wild fire, bloomed and still was a shocking yellowish-green.
    I think we get our mind set that deep green is the good green. Your trees are proof that any green is a beautiful green :) I love them!

    I love the color chartreuse. I thinks that why one of my favorite perrenials is Lady's Mantle.
