We found some more good farm junk and I'm so excited. The disk shapes are off of a disc harrow and some are going to be used to make a fountain for the pond we're going to put in this year and the spindle shaped things are going to be hose guides. They were the spacers between the discs.

Oooohhhh, I have three of those discs too. I have plans for making bird feeders out of them. There is a junk yard outside of Lufkin, Tx that has the most wonderful junk you can imagine I have discs, hay rake tines, motors fan blades, all sort of goodies that I really need to get fixed up.

Actually we don't go to a store. We live in farming country and know a few farmers and that is where we got the latest 'junk' I've posted in 2 separate posts from separate farmers junk piles. The last place we went to I saw an old headlight which is what Mike used for the head of the large spider. The body was the top of a pressure pump and the legs and antenna are off a hay rake. I'm lucky in that Mike loves to weld and likes a challenge.
