Feliz, our sweet little Calico cat, whom you have seen pictures of napping on the guest bedroom bed, under the Christmas tree, and on her footstool, is now "Killer" Feliz.
Last night it was cold (for Texas!) and we had a mouse come in to get warm. Well, Feliz dispatched it quickly, then sat next to the corpse so we would know who was responsible, and who was not to be messed with!
Not bad for a 13 year-old cat. I call her "Killer", and my husband calls her "Mouse Breath."

Place where I used to work had a warehouse cat named Tom. There were undeveloped fields around us so Tom had plenty to eat.
His favorite dining spot was in the assembly area on one of the work tables. We could always tell when Tom was showing off his newly caught meal cause the ladies came running and screaming out of the room.

    Good Girl Feliz!

I saw our Buttercup trotting towards the greenhouse yesterday with a chipmunk and then she carried it up to the house following me to show it off. Then we found it in the garage with most of the front half .......gone. I just thought maybe no one would want to see that, so I refrained from posting you all a picture, but if you want I will go see if it is still there.

    Good girls!

Nah don't put yourself to any trouble on our account Carolyn. I don't mind hearingabout your cats prowess in killing chipmunks but a half eaten one isn't something I'd be overly keen to see in a picture. :smt078 Next time tell Buttercup to allow you to take its photograph before she devours the head end. :D

Good to know that Feliz is making sure you never have a mouse infestation Jane. :-D

Yeah Eileen, that's kind of what I thought. Spoil sport. Chipmunks sure are cute, but destructive.

Yep, you are correct whole ones are cuter than 1/2 sized ones.
