    Oh cool! Great shot Kildale. I wouldn't even TRY doing that here...my cat sits on the window ledge watching them all day (she's an indoor cat)

    Chickadees are one of my favorites...they've landed on my shoulder more than once when I've been out filling the feeders. Great picture!

    Thank you all for the messages. They are friendly lttle birds and it saves me having to go out with seed all the time.

    I have attracted them to my bird feeding pergola area in the last 6 months...well, they might of been here but I just didn't notice them. I love it when I go and fill the feeders and they stay close by. I would be so excited if they landed on my shoulder... They are a beautiful little bird and I have at least 2 that I know of. I did see they like my suet here. Thanks for sharing .

    Chickadees and the nuthatches are quite tame around the garden and the deck.
