Last year, I've planted lots of vegetables. I've planted:

    Tomatoes,
    Lettuce,
    Carrots,
    Beans.

    And More!

It was the first year I've ever planted my own garden - it was fun, lots of responsibility though!

This year I hope to do more, what do you guys suggest I plant?

Sounds like a delicious garden harvest you must have had.

I would suggest lots of herbs to season those veggies....Parsley, Sage, Rosemary,Thyme, Basil, Cilantro, Mints, Fennel, Dill....those last two are for the caterpillars specifically, that way you will have lots of butterflies.

Basically any veggie you and your family like to eat that will grow in your climate.

    Jordan,
Where do you live (as in the climate and how long of a growing season do you have?) and how much space do you have to work with? are you doing a garden in raised beds, containers or just a plain and ordinary garden out in the yard?

What kind of vegetables do you like? zucchinis, carrots, beets, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant?

how many people are you feeding? a family , giving it away to the neighbors or just for yourself?

are you canning/freezing/dehydrating any of this?

will you be doing any small fruit, such as strawberries?

There is not sense in giving you un-needed advise so maybe if you help us out a little we can help you narrow it down to a manageable amount or varieties that work in your growing area.

I agree with the above posters. I have enjoyed growing herbs, tomatoes, peas, beans, cucumbers, zuccini. Good luck with your garden & post us pics when you have them!
