    Yes Washington State is lovely any time of year. Even in the depths of the rainy season.
    The blue one is just and ordinary old hydrangea living just ouside the front porch.

    I used to grow hydrangeas until Katrina destroyed them all. Guess I'll have to make a trip to WA to see some.
