i'm growing lavender and chamomile from seed and need some advice

i'm looking to use them as edging to a bed (lavender) and bed coverage (chamomile)

i have sewn the lavender into cells and the chamomile into 3"

all the seeds have taken and wanted some advice for next step.

Would you thin down/transplant to one seedling per 3" pot?

i feel daft asking, but when looking for coverage i wasn't sure if 3-4 seedlings per 3" will give me better results.

Dan, I would transplant the plantlets to one per 3" pot. This way there will be no competition for nourishment, and each individual plantlet can develop to it's fullest.

If you have in your mind to plant the plants together...you can always do that in the garden--just plant 2 or 3 in the same clump.
