It started snowing as I was leaving for work at 5pm. When I got home at 10:30pm, it looked like this :)

And already we've had drivers sliding off the roads. Why is it people still drive like its summer when the roads are slick with ice and snow?

So tell us Bip...are you happy with the snow or not? Or are you just so used to it that it really doesn't matter?

We have had ice and sleet off and on since mid-afternoon but it only dropped below freezing a couple of hours ago so now we have ice on all surfaces.
Not cold enough for snow here but maybe by morning.

I agree Sjeord it does look lovely doesn't it? I'm a bit like Jen though - the first few falls I really like but after those I just want to see some sunshine.

We had rain and sleet last night, then it started snowing about 4 am. Then it stopped for about an hour. Now it's started again and we have about an inch. They say about 3 1/2 inches for us.

Bip, stay safe, and stay warm. However, I think you are better prepared for that white stuff than I, so forgive me if I say you can handle it, I can't!

Angel checking things out. She doesn't enjoy the cold or snow much anymore now that she's an elder :)
