    I believe that's a Birds-eye Primrose, Farinosae Primula (Primula frondosa)

    Yep Primrose leaves I say.. Very happy looking plant.

    Looks like a drumstick primula to me. Here's the PlantStew link:

    Primula denticulata (Drumstick Primula)

    I'm very fond of those. They bloom fairly early, can grow almost anywhere, and stay in bloom for a very long time too. They are also good as cut flowers, if you have the heart to pick them.
