This is my bank of lillys that go all away the back of my property. They are tiger lillys or what we call, ditch lillys. They grow wild in the ditchs along country roads. All together they are about 50 yards long.

    Yours look really nice.
I have them but the berry bushes make them funny.

Thanks for sharing. You do well in caring for them.

Some flowers are just breath-taking in mass, and your daylilies are breath-taking. :D

You've done quite well by your "ditch Lilies"(that's what they're called around here too) :D
    Yours look great there!
I have them bordering our creek out at our cabin, but I'm afraid they are not groomed as well, and are kind of wildy looking...

Beautiful, just beautiful. Wish we had tiger lilies growing wild in ditches around here.

About 15 years ago, I started out with a single row of lillys. You can see how much they have multiplied over the years.

I have ditch Lily's too! They run along the whole backside of the house and are just coming into bloom. I've moved some around the yard too.

Droopy summed it up! Breath taking. Love the way you mow right up to them. I think I will be dividing some of my old fashioned daylilies after they bloom. Your idea is just too good not to copy.

After they are done blooming, I just mow them off. Then they start growing all over again. But I don't get a second blooming.
