Little visitor hiding in the weeds

    My boys and I discovered this little guy hiding in the leaves of some weeds near the garden. He certainly wasn't afraid of us and was in no hurry to go anywhere.

    I echo the previously postes sentiments, he'd be welcome in my garden anytime! As the weather cools down, amphibians "slow down." As cold-blooded creatures (No, not mean, just cold-blooded LOL), they have no ability to regulate their internal temperatures. Soon he'll be headed for winter hibernation! Zzzzzzzzzz

    He is so cute...I had one just like him but I didn't see him this summer on the house. I had brought him from the country in one of my flower pots when we moved......I love to see these guys in the yard...Sherry
