Isn't it beautiful?!!! It even has a butterfly on the front. :D

Dooley made this for me and it's exactly what I need for the garden.

It has two pockets above the butterfly - ideal for keeping seeds packets in.

Then it has four pockets underneath in a row to keep labels, raffia, ties and pens safe and sound.
The large pocket will hold all my tools - secateurs, fork, scissors, knife, trowel and soooo much more.
Dooley must have read my mind as the apron just couldn't be any better. The straps are all nice and thick so won't cut into my neck like shop bought ones always do.
I've never had such a wonderful gift before and I'm not ashamed to say that it brought tears to my eyes when I saw it. I think Dooley should advertise her products in gardening shops as there's just nothing on the market to compare to the lovely things she makes.

THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN DOOLEY. [IMG]

What a great surprise and a very useful one too. Sort of a shame to get it dirty tho, but I know it's life in the garden will be a long and handy one.

I'm happy you all like the garden apron. I generally sell them at our local outdoor market but the weather has been so cold and rainy I haven't been out since Christmas. I'm much better at making them than I am at marketing them. I do have a friend that I may ask to help me make some flyers to post places. The feed store in town may take some on consignment. I'll have to stop there soon to talk to them.
I make the garden aprons, barbecue aprons, kitchen aprons, farm aprons, kids aprons and tote bags. I get most of my material at the local thrift store. It's new. I think they get end remnants from fabric stores.
Anyway, thanks for the nice comments.
