One of my grandsons and his dad, although city dwellers, are country folk at heart. They shoot and hunt rabbits and have a pair of gorgeous ferrets to help. They brought them in to meet everybody on Christmas Day and I must say they are the most delightful creatures.
Here is one with grandson Liam.

I could use that guy and his ferret on my lottie. I chased two rabbits out of my lottie today and spent the better part of an hour looking for the hole in the fence and repairing it.

My daughter has four ferrets as pets and I find them delightful little creatures and so entertaining. They come when their names are called and love to get belly rubs.

Lovely photo! ;) I've never had a ferret as a pet and I don't believe I've ever even held one but I can imagine their fur is very soft making them nice to hold and cuddle.

Jen all my daughter's ferrets have been neutered so they don't smell bad and they aren't aggressive with each other. They're like four little puppies when they are out playing together. :)

My grandsons pair are brothers and have been handled a lot since they were very small. They are neutered so no unpleasant smell. They never nip and are just delightful animals. BUT, this pair also work and put them into a burrow and the bunnies come running. :):)

This is their house with play area, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. :):):)

Wow! They live in luxury!!! I love ferrets too. Always wanted to own a bonded pair, but the busy-ness of my life has just never allowed for it. One day though! ;)

That is definitely one high end luxury abode for the furry pair! Are all the locks to keep the ferrets IN or are they there to keep the humans out?
