Looking for scarlett runner beans, painted lady runner beans and pink sunset runner beans to use as a ornamental bean only, and sweetpea seeds.I have 3 different colors of blue japanese morning glory seeds to trade/
beans I just found some hyacinth bean seed that are at least a couple years old. Would you be interested in them? I will start a germination test on them today, just in case. I need to know if they're still good. They have purple pods and flowers, seeds are black and white. ETA: The seeds are soaking in water, (they sank). I will leave them a few hours and move them to a damp paper towel in a ziplok bag. If they're going to sprout I should see something in the way of a root in a few days. These will just be tossed out, there's at least 200 in the bag I found in a drawer. Added Sunday: 7 out of 10 seeds have swollen, I think that's a good sign. I took them from the soak and put them in a damp paper towel in a baggie last night. I will check them in a few more days. They really do make a nice plant, pretty on a fence :-D
