Oooh, pretty. I'd like one of each! Ginger and jasmine... I'm going to look for those. Love the pomegranite bloom -- is it the same as the fruit?

Your butterfly ginger really looks just like a white butterfly -isn't nature amazing!! The pomegranate has such a pretty shaped flower and it's a 'true' shade of red. :-D

DB, the pomegranate is a dwarf and does bear fruit. It was a gift from a friend after I had major dental surgery in June.

Eileen, nature never ceases to amaze me, the ginger is a beautiful bloom, one of my favorites.

Those flowers are just plain gorgeous.
It is nice to see your Punica in bloom...I wish that mine would. It just sits there and looks green, but it never blooms--I like the blooms very much.

They are gorgeous, if I do say so myself. The Crepe Jasmine is so delicate and pure white. I am hoping to get a few fruit from the Pomegranate this fall. The blooms are pretty, and very unique. I am putting it in a large pot tomorrow.

very pretty blooms and I love the ginger too. I have the Stokes Aster. It bloomed in the spring and then stopped. Are they supposed to bloom all summer?
