One of my clients lives on several acres of property in town..the old money area of Nashville, where the homes are stately and large, and beautifully maintained by landscapers and gardeners because there is so much to care for. This particular home and gardens have been featured in various magazines. The decorator for this home is a renowned NY decorator who has written several books, also featuring the home and gardens in each. They entertain a lot. They have pool parties and there's a tennis court on the property too, so there's lots to do when friends visit. One of my jobs is to walk the grounds weekly to look out for anything that needs work...trees or shrubs that need replacing, too much overgrowth, pathways that need repair or anything else that detracts. I took a few photos the last time I did a walk through. It's a favorite part of my job for this family!
