Here's the recipe. It says it makes 4.5 dozen, but I usually get from 3 to 3.5 dozen.

1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp almond extract
    2 tsp orange juice
    1.25 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1.4 tsp salt
5 cups (14 ounce package) flaked coconut
    Hershey Kisses (unwrapped)

Cream butter or magarine, cream cheese & sugar in large mixing bowl until light & fluffy. Add egg yolk, almond extract & orange juice. Beat well.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in 3 cups of the coconut. Cover tightly. Chill 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Shape dough into 1 inche balls, roll in remaining coconut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Immeidately press unwrapped Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie. Cool 1 minute. Remove from sheet. Cool.
