Only in a small way. I put my name in Google because I found a flower today that I was sure I had had a request from Skye Scotland to use it. I don't have it in my nature sites. I wanted to see if it was the same species. Well I found this page from National Goegraphic with my flower at the top. National Geographic. Then I found the page I was looking for Skye Page

I don't think there is anything small about having your photos/info selected by National Geographic.
    That's a BIG accomplishment.
    Super congrats!

I just knew your photographs were more than good enough for the National Geographic Kildale. Not just the one mention either but TWO!! I have a feeling we may be seeing your name there again before too long.

    Many congratulations. :smt041 :smt041

    National Geographic? That's great!
    You didn't know?
Kind of a scary thought that my photo's could be out there somewhere and I don't know it...

Indeed, that is quite an accomplishment, congratulations. Having been on a few field trips with some Kodak and NG nature photographers, it is impressive what they go through to get a photograph.

Kudos on making it into NatGeo. Small is better than nothing, and being in NatGeo at all is a great accomplishment. Thats when you know you must be doing something right. :D Congrats!

I also have a couple more pics that I think you will enjoy. I will email them to you soon.
