Canada Geese out back. Yep, we've had that much rain in two days. Nearly 5 1/4" in total. Soil is saturated, thought my onions, garlic, and turnips were about to float away. Got re-routed twice on the way home from work due to high water on the roads. A frog strangler for sure. The outhouse was in danger of being too far from the house too! Waterwings in the middle of the night?

More rain expected Thursday night into Friday morning. Sure wish some of this would slip south down Texas way. Quench some of them thar far's. :-D

Wouldn't it be great if wecould share our weather with others who need it? I hope your rain stops and moves over to Texas.

Well FBG, sounds like rowboat weather for sure. I have had to shovel a path to the outhouse but never had to swim. :) Texas is about to dry up and blow away in the next wind storm, maybe we could build a pipeline to the Lone Star State and just leave the end open. I'm sure they could use it. Be sure to let us know if the state is going to float away we have to update the maps to reflect Lake Ohio as the next Great Lake. :)

FBG, I heard your weather was horrendous yesterday. I hope those tornadoes weren't anywhere close to you. we got quite a bit of rain and storms also. I'm hoping my husband can go to work pretty soon. He's starting to get antsy being at home so much. If only the rain would quit. Too bad we can't send it to Texas. If it wasn't so cool/cold I would think we were living in a rainforest.
