Saw these on St Patrick's Day & it seemed appropriate: they looked like little Irish dancers, little legs flying & bodies held perfectly still. All in perfect precision. I have more to upload but am having trouble unfortunately.
Don't know why I'm getting all those doubles. Having some technical difficulty here! Anyway the weather has been great. A nice get-away.
I've sorted out the duplicates for you. Great photographs. I just hope the egret didn't end up as lunch for that approaching reptile. Nice to see you and cousin IT enjoying the sun!!
Well then.... those were certainly worth waiting for. All that sunshine and blue sky—I could get used to that. That foto of the surf waders was quite artistic I thought. I think I’m seeing double though. The white heron foto was impressive as well, I thought that I saw an alligator’s head in the water near it. You did save the best for last though, didn’t you. Chuckle. Like a page out of the Wizard Of Oz. Y’know I couldn’t tell if you were really smiling or if you were sort of smiling because the photographer told you to. It made me smile because I do that. I am not crazy about having my foto taken and so folks who see my mug ask me if I was really smiling. They use the old saying, “You are smiling like a farmer with a toothache”. Well, yours isn’t like that, but it made me think about myself. Righty-oh, it seems like I am digging the hole deeper and deeper now, aren’t I? I’m going to call it a night and go to bed. Great to see you back.
Well I was a little self conscious standing next to Cousin It. Tough to share the stage with such a beauty as It.
Love the photos, and I'm so envious you got to meet Cousin It. We could do with some of that warmth here.
Cousin it is very cagey. I'm not even sure which way Cousin was facing. We might have photographed It's back.
