Hi to everyone from Western PA! My name is Lynn and like everyone here, I love gardening! I am somewhat limited now, most of my 'gardens' are now in pots due to a battle with rhematoid but I still love it! We also have a water garden that needs to be overhauled, and for many years we had a koi pond. We share our home with 3 Maine Coon Cats and 3 rescues, one of which will not come near us! But we love them all. We also love the creatures that share their home with us. We love to camp, sort of.....we have a camper, I am not quite that much of a nature gal! Just saying hi, I look forward to getting to know you all and learning as well!
Welcome from Texas! We have all sorts of gardeners here. I'm limited by arthritis but it doesn't stop me from trying. If you have photo's we'll really like to see them. We want to see photo's of your cats, too. We really enjoy seeing what other people grow. dooley
Hi Lynn, Welcome to GardenStew from north Texas. Are the cookies chocolate chip...really doesn't matter I'll take a couple of just about any kind. Yes, photos, we are a pretty nosey bunch so photos are a very welcome thing. Some of us are having terrible weather right now so looking at flowers that are actually living is great change from looking in our own garden at all the brown.
Welcome Lynne, Glad you joined in. What kind of cookies do you have? I am getting hungry, I have been outside for the last several hours weeding and picking....they are sounding good, too.Just pass them along whatever kind they are, I will still eat them, I didn't have to make or bake them, Thanks, Carolyn
Welcome to GardenStew from Alabama.. Pass me those cookies, please, I would like a couple and I'll pass you a generous serving of the Peach Cobbler that I made yesterday with peaches off a tree in my back yard.. So come on in and be at home.. Hank
Welcome to the forum! We are in Central Texas, the "cookie eating capital of the world"! We have a calico, so please post pictures of your cats--Feliz our calico-who-rules, likes to see pictures of other cats. I enjoy them, too.
Hi Lynn, welcome to GardenStew from Chelmsford, MA. O.K it was the cookies that made us sit up and take notice. Pictures do the same thing except they are not as tasty. There are lots of interesting forums, blogs, gardens and plant DB. Questions? Ask away. So, welcome aboard. Jerry
Gasp ... gasp...I hope I'm not too late to join in. I had to run to the local shop for some tea and coffee to go with those cookies but I'm here now. Hi there Lynn. I have a feeling you're already accepted into the GardenStew worldwide family. I hope you'll stay with us and let us get to know you. :-D Pass another cookie over here to Scotland please.
Any of those cookies left for poor little ol' me in SE Texas?? Hi Lynn and welcome... can't wait to see what all you've got baking... I mean "growing".
I'm too late for those cookies aren't I? Welcome to GardenStew Lynn, we're glad you're here, without or without sweet treats. Don't forget to check out our blogs, member map and perhaps upload plant images you have to GardenStew PLANTS for all to learn from Details here: http://www.gardenstew.com/plantstew/help#3 // frank
I've got cocoa, and I hope they're chocolate chip cookies. I need cocoa with the summer we're having. Welcome to the Stew from the northwestern coast of Norway. Hop in and make yourself at home, I'm looking forward to stewing with you.
Welcome from Illinois. It is hot and dry here this year so my garden has dried up already but I enjoy pictures of other Stewers.
