    Natural Healing

I'm sorry that you don't have insurance but natural healing is a great thing to get into. I find I use a lot of chamomile, sage, echinacea, mints (epsecially peppermint), and aloe. Just for starters. My mother also reccomended angelica, basil, lavender, lemon balm, mullein, and st. john's wort.
I hope that helps start you out.
