A couple of this years babys, that aren't babys any more, were hunting for dinner. They came swimming up to our dock, as I was trying to get some shots of the nearby Eagles.

A friend that is into photography, has been trying to get me to try black & white. I don't think it works to well with wildlife.

But the Eagles just sat there with their backs to me.

Oh, I like the Merganser. I think I used to see them when I lived in Colorado, that was close to 40 years ago and the memories are a little rough from that time in my life. But I know we don't have them down here, not their habitat, but we do have Mallards.

I guess the Eagles are tired of having their picture taken, but their backs are pretty too. ;)

Those are attractive birds, Tom. The colours are pretty to my eyes.
I always enjoy seeing north-american wildlife in whatever form.
