I hear we are in for possible sever weather this afternoon. Hope we don't have it too bad. I hope the rest don't have it too bad, either.
Some areas around my city apparently got hail. All I got was rain, thunder and a few lightning flashes :/ Rather disappointing actually, I like me a nice storm *lol*
Dodged the bullit here. We clouded up early this morning and got some rain early which kept the air cool. It only got up to 54 deg F here which reduced the chance of severe weather a lot. South of us down by the Ohio River they had several tornadoes touch down. All we got was light rain, but supposed to be windy tonight as the cold front comes through.
We got sleet and snow last night.Not much happened really.Thank goodness not much on the ground.Its really coldWe head for Texas March 10th.I can't wait for some warm days.yippee I pray the bad weather is over for ya'll.
We had thunderstorms early and temp to 52 by noon but at 3 it was 38 with 30 mph winds. Snow showers? tonight. We are doing okay. wannabe
81 deg for a high, 38 low last nite. We had Tornado watches and warnings for the whole state of TN most of the day. Only a little roof damage and trees uprooted near here, nothing in my own yard. Elec blinked a few times, stayed on tho.
I feel for the people.After being in one storm in 98 and flood in 08. Rushing home to see if I had a house in 98. And seeing all the 100 year old trees down-but just small amount of damage to house. But on way home seeing my neighbors house split in half . One had picture still on wall. Looked like a doll house.
High winds here now. Thunder and rain overnight. We got off easy here. I heard there were 95 tornado's to the south so I hope everyone is OK.
I was wondering how the Stewers where doing in the bad storm area's. Glad to hear that you all are ok. Boy those where some really bad storms. I will take snow over a tornado any day.
Heard on the local newss this morning, that we had 3 tornados touch down along the Ohio River. One stayed on the ground for about 20 miles. Still 3 people dead in Ohio from them.
we were lucky the mtns stopped us from getting hit so bad my heart and prayers go out to those devastated by the storms
