Montana 'Rubens' Clematis

    This is my first Type 1 Clematis, and I planted it last year. It flowers only on the previous year's growth, so it needs a spot of its own. I like it!

    I like it too! :D That's a pretty, little clematis. I wonder if that's the type lots of people here grow up against a trellis and on to the veranda railing.

    Very delicate looking, very beautiful. I like the light pink color. It does look great on that arch. Thanks for sharing.

    That's a good set of Clematis fotos. It looks like that Rubens really is at home there.
    Not bad growing for one years' growth, I'd say.
