It is 01.16 and we have just finished jamming the Bleu de Belgique plums we harvested today. Now it’s time for me to check my eyelids for pinholes. Yawn. The larder is filling up now.
Oh but think about this winter and all the lovely jam you can eat ! We all suffer through canning season !
