    I went out to work in my plants and found these fine fellows. We saw some "skeletons" last year but never found them fresh.

    I have several friends that beg me to bring them morels, as well as puffballs.
    I've never tried them, but hear they are very good.

    Morels are highly prized mushrooms and chefs would give their eye teeth to have fresh instead of dried over here. Needless to say they are also very expensive!!!

    Melissa, of course you can.
    I would never dream of eating these-they are much too scenic to lose that quickly. 8)

    I am not a mushroom eater but I love the looks of those, the frilly design is really pretty.

    Well,I have never ate one but seen them and to me Woodears look like liver . Shiitake are funny looking also and to see them grow is great.
    Oyster also are grown so different on what we call Oyster logs.I do love the Whites and Portabellas and the grey Oysters.


    This is where I have worked for almost 8 yrs.

    I am a Security Clerk at the Guard Shack.Yes,I have two dump truck loads and it is the best.I paid $25.00 total as being an employee I only pay for the fuel.I wish you were close to the plant so you could has some.
