I took some pictures of morning glories growing up the fence and onto the cords we fastened to the roof. But, I forgot I had been doing some close up shots so they were all fuzzy. But, I do have a few close up shots.
I think these are a dark purple velvety morning glory. But, when I look at the picture they look dark blue. Does the camera do that or my photo program?

Here is a blue one but it doesn't have the pink stripes that some have.

Now a pink one peeping through the leaves.

That's all the morning glories but here is the dianthus growing in basil the pig.

This is all that I processed today. I see that there is green plants coming up in my circle garden. I hope it's not all grass and weeds.

Dooley your morning glories are beautiful. Especially love the first pic. It looks like a royal blue to me! Doesn't matter the color they are beauties. Love the Dianthis as well.

Your morning glories are really lovely Dooley. I didn't expect them to grow as quickly or to flower just yet. That was a good idea of yours to plant them on the new fencing!! Your dianthus are pretty too and just the thing to plant in Basil. :stew2:

Great shots -- that first morning glory looks like velvet petals with a little light inside the bloom... Dianthus is one of my favorites.

I hope your arm is feeling good today Dooley.

I'm going to try for the whole plants today, before it decides to rain I think.
Yes, my arm is feeling better but dr still won't let me dig in the dirt or even wash the dishes. He says I can't get it dirty or wet. dooley
